Over the past fifteen years, Mr. Bazan has performed hundreds of real property appraisal assignments for commercial and institutional clients, along with several hundred environmental assignments for buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders. Mr. Bazan has also performed assignments for a number of established Texas and national environmental firms as a subcontractor.

Mr. Bazan's realty consulting firm has been certified as a Minority, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/DBE) by the City of Houston, Texas, since 1992, and further recognized by the State of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Minority Small Business Enterprise (HUB).

Mr. Bazan has previously held real estate salesman licenses in Alaska, California, and Michigan, since 1978, with no complaints or disciplinary actions having ever been filed against him.
